The real value of all organizations have their origin in only one place.  This place is the dream phase where people create the original vision for the organization.

People have equated creativity with comments such as "out of the blue", "I was struck by a bolt of lightning", etc.

Many times an organization will become stuck in the daily grind of operations.  It is then almost impossible for the employees to see other solutions or alternatives to their problems.
